Fast-food restaurant that once drew lines of customers reopens at Destiny USA

Syracuse, NY – After closing three years ago in the food court at Destiny USA, a popular fast-food restaurant has reopened.
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen opened on Election Day in the food court, Destiny officials said.
